Jasmin Abrol, Matthew Wroda and Cassie D’Agata our senior sales associates, show your property, provide you with feedback and encourage offers. Latoya/Zach provide the administrative and internet support for our team to run smoothly. 

 

We show your property in the best light – We use professional photographers for print and internet marketing.  We will suggest home enhancements, staging your home if deemed necessary.  We create high-end show sheets with floor plans.  And we will arrive early for all showings making sure everything is just right.

 

Feedback – We have found that feedback is key in keeping the customer satisfied.  Consequently we make it a top priority.  Every time we show your property, emails will be automatically sent out requesting the purchasers’ interest and comments.  The results are securely posted on the web and accessible by your username and password.  Additionally we will call you weekly to keep you updated on market conditions.
